37. הפרעת הבחירות
(א)המזייף, משמיד או משנה שלא כחוק רשימת בוחרים;
(ב)המפריע את המהלך הסדיר של הבחירות;
(ג)המפריע לבוחר בהצבעה או מונע אותו מהצביע;
(ד)המטפל בקלפי בלא רשות או מוציא קלפי מרשות הממונים עליה;
(ה)המתערב בלא רשות בפתיחת קלפי או בספירת קולות,
ייאשם בעבירה, ובצאתו חייב בדין, יהיה צפוי למאסר עד שנה אחת, או לקנס עד חמש מאות לירות או לשני הענשים כאחד.
