1. פירושים
בפקודה זו –
”חייל“ פירושו חייל או חיילת בצבא־הגנה לישראל;
”מחנה צבא“ כולל מחנה, משלט וכל שטח או מקום אחר המיועד אך ורק לצבא־הגנה לישראל;
”פקודת הבחירות“ פירושה פקודת הבחירות לאסיפה המכוננת, תש״ט–1948;
”הועדה“ פירושה ועדת הבחירות המרכזית שנתכוננה לפי פקודת הבחירות.
