1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”המפקד“ – מנהל בית־הסוהר, כשהעציר מוחזק בבית סוהר כמשמעותו בפקודת בתי הסוהר [נוסח חדש], התשל״ב–1971 (להלן – בית סוהר);
מפקד מיתקן כליאה צבאי (להלן – מיתקן צבאי), כשהעציר מוחזק במיתקן צבאי;
”מקום מעצר“ – המקום שנקבע כמקום המעצר בצו מעצר שניתן על פי החוק;
”עציר“ – המוחזק במעצר מכוח החוק.
