10. קבלת סיגריות
תיקון: תשמ״ט
(א)עציר שהוכיח למפקד כי הוא נוהג לעשן תסופק לו מנת הסיגריות המקובלת לגבי אסירים במקום המעצר.
(ב)עציר יורשה לקבל מאדם הנמצא מחוץ למקום מעצר, לא יותר מ־400 סיגריות לחודש, אם הוכיח למפקד כי הוא נוהג לעשן.
(ג)(בוטלה).
