18. אצילה
שר הבטחון רשאי לאצול בכתב סמכויותיו לפי תקנות אלה לענין מסויים לסגן שר הבטחון; כן רשאי הוא לאצול בכתב סמכויותיו כאמור למנהל הכללי של משרד הבטחון, למעט סמכותו לפי תקנה 3.
