6. בדיקה וטיפול רפואי
(א)עציר ייבדק אחת לחודש בידי רופא שימנה המפקד וכן בכל עת שיהא צורך בכך.
(ב)עציר זכאי לקבל טיפול רפואי וציוד רפואי כמתחייב ממצב בריאותו.
(ג)קבע רופא כי נשקפת סכנה לבריאותו או לחייו של עציר, והעציר מסרב לקבל את הטיפול שקבע הרופא, מותר להשתמש במידת הכוח הדרושה כדי לבצע הוראות הרופא בנוכחות הרופא.
