3. העברת צו המעצר
צו מעצר יימסר מיד לאחר נתינתו לנציג היועץ המשפטי לממשלה שהיועץ המשפטי לממשלה קבע לענין תקנות אלה (להלן – נציג היועץ המשפטי לממשלה).
