7. ערעור מטעם המדינה
ערעור מטעם המדינה יוגש על ידי נציג היועץ המשפטי לממשלה; בערעור זה יהא העציר המשיב, ויומצא לו עותק מכתב הערעור באמצעות נציג היועץ המשפטי לממשלה.
