1. הגבלת זכות הייצוג בהליכים לפי החוק
הזכות לייצוג עציר שאינו ישראלי, תושב ישראל או תושב יהודה והשומרון או חבל עזה בהליכים לפי החוק תהא רק למי שאושר לשמש סניגור בבתי הדין הצבאיים באישור בלתי מסוייג כאמור בסעיף 318(ג) לחוק השיפוט הצבאי, התשט״ו–1955.
