12. בקשה להשבת תשלום שהופקד ביתר
(א)מעביד רשאי להגיש בקשה לחברה מנהלת להשבת סכום שהופקד בה ביתר.
(ב)בקשה כאמור תוגש באמצעות קובץ דיווח נפרד מקובץ הדיווח השוטף בצירוף תצהיר.
