1. אגרה שנתית לחברה מנהלת
תיקון: [הודעות]
(א)חברה מנהלת תשלם אגרה שנתית בעד כל קופת גמל שבניהולה בסכום של 2,000 שקלים חדשים (מתואם לשנת 2007; בשנת 2026, 2,850 ש״ח) (להלן – האגרה השנתית).
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), לא תשלם חברה מנהלת אגרה שנתית בעד קופות גמל שבניהולה, בשל השנה שבה קיבלה רישיון חברה מנהלת, וכן לגבי כל קופת גמל חדשה שבניהולה שאושרה בתקופה מאוחרת יותר, בשל השנה שבה אושרה לראשונה.
