2. תוקף הוראות ההסכם בדבר זכויות יתר, חסינויות והקלות
להוראות ההסכם, שנוסחו בעברית מובא בתוספת, יהיה תוקף של חוק, ככל שהן באות להעניק זכויות יתר, חסינויות והקלות לארגון, לפקידיו, לנושאי משרה בו, למומחים מטעמו, לנציגי המדינות או הגופים החברים בו או המשתתפים בפעילותו, ולכל גורם אחר הקבוע בהסכם.
