מהתוספות המגיעות לפי חוק זה בעד התקופה שמחודש ינואר 2012 ועד יום תחילתו של חוק זה, יקוזזו סכומים ששולמו לגמלאי חברת החשמל שהוא גמלאי ותיק על חשבון תוספות לקצבה כאמור, לפני יום תחילתו של חוק זה.
