3. הזמנה
הזמנה לשמיעת הבקשה לשיקול נוסף לפי הטופס שבתוספת, בצירוף עותק של ההודעה ונספחיה, תומצא מטעם בית־המשפט לאסיר ולכל בעל דין אחר לפחות חמישה עשר יום לפני שמיעת הבקשה.
