11. דמי הפצה שלא שולמו במועדם
דמי הפצה שלא שולמו במועד שנקבע בתקנות אלה יישאו הפרשי הצמדה וריבית כמשמעותם בחוק פסיקת ריבית והצמדה, התשכ״א–1961, מן המועד שנקבע לתשלומם ועד למועד תשלומם בפועל, וזאת בלי לגרוע מכל סעד או סמכות אחרת הנתונים לגורם המפעיל עקב אי־תשלום כאמור.
