7. דמי ההפצה של משדרי הרדיו
הגופים המפורטים בתקנה 2(8) עד (11), ישלמו ביחד את עלות הפעלת הרדיו במרבב אחד או בשני מרבבים, לפי העניין; כל גוף ישלם בעד הפצת שידוריו בערוץ רדיו אחד, דמי הפצה בסכום העומד על סכום עלות הפעלת הרדיו במרבב אחד או בשני מרבבים, לפי העניין, מחולק במספר ערוצי הרדיו שניתן להפיץ על גבי כל המרבבים לפי סעיף 7(א) לחוק.
