7. קדם דיון
בית המשפט רשאי לקיים דיון מקדמי בערעור לאחר חלוף המועד להגשת כתב התגובה, לצורך הכנת הדיון בערעור ובמגמה לייעלו וכדי לברר אם יש מקום לפשרה בין בעלי הדין, ולשם כך הוא רשאי לתת כל החלטה הנדרשת לענין זה; החליט בית המשפט לקיים דיון מקדמי כאמור, תומצא לבעלי הדין הודעה על קיום הדיון המקדמי ועל מועדו שבעה ימים לפחות מראש.
