3. תחליף המצאת הזמנה
(א)נוכחה הועדה שאי אפשר להמציא הזמנה בדרך שנקבעה בתקנה 2, רשאית היא להורות על המצאת ההזמנה באחת מאלה:
(1)בהדבקת עותק הזמנה במקום נראה לעין בבנין מושבה של הועדה, וכן בבית שבו, כידוע, גר או עבד המתקשר לאחרונה;
(2)בפרסום מודעה ברשומות או בעתון יומי;
(3)בכל דרך אחרת שתיראה לועדה.
(ב)תחליף המצאת הזמנה לפי תקנה זו יראוה כהמצאה למתקשר.
