3. תחולת חוק סדר הדין הפלילי
על הודעת הערעור יחולו סעיפים 185, 187 ו־188 לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי, תשכ״ה–1965, ובכפוף לכך יחולו על הדיון בבית המשפט הוראות החוק האמור ותקנות סדר הדין הפלילי, תשל״ד–1974, כאילו הוגש כתב אישום נגד המערער.
