2. בקשת חוות דעת
(א)בקשה לחוות דעת מהממונה לפי סעיף 51ב לחוק תיערך לפי טופס 1 שבתוספת.
(ב)בית המשפט רשאי לקבוע את המועד למתן חוות הדעת ובלבד שלא יפחת מעשרים ואחד ימים מיום ההחלטה.
