הדיון בערעור על החלטת בית המשפט לפי סעיף 51י(א)(2) לחוק יישמע במעמד המערער והמשיב או באי כוחם, במועד שקבע בית המשפט, ורשאי בית המשפט לצוות על המשיב להשיב תשובה בכתב, בלווית תצהיר או בלעדיו, תוך זמן שיורה בית המשפט.
