18. הפקדת קנסות בקרן
מנהל בית המשפט או מי שהוא הסמיך לכך, יפקיד כל קנס שהוטל לפי הפקודה ושולם, בחשבון הקרן שהוקמה לפי סעיף 36ח(א) לפקודה וימסור הודעה על ההפקדה האמורה לאפוטרופוס הכללי בירושלים; הודעה לפי תקנה זו תהיה לפי טופס 14 בתוספת.
