10. מסירת תוצאות האבחון והערכת רמת התמיכה
(א)הגורם המאבחן ימסור למבקש הכרה, לזכאי, לנציגם או לגורם המטפל בכפוף להסכמתו של מבקש ההכרה או הזכאי או של נציגו, את תוצאות האבחון ואת תוצאות הערכת רמת התמיכה, אם נערכה.
(ב)אבחון או הערכת תמיכה שערך גורם מאבחן בהתאם להוראות לפי סעיף 9, ייחשבו אבחון או הערכת רמת תמיכה לעניין חוק זה.
