29. עדכון תקציב למתן שירותי רווחה
השר, בהסכמת שר האוצר, יעדכן החל בתקופה השנייה ואילך את התקציב למתן שירותי רווחה בחוק תקציב שנתי, אם התקיימו שינויים הכרוכים בעלות השירותים, ובהתאם למרכיבי העלות של שירותים אלה.
