34. הסכמה, שמיעת עמדה והשתתפות בתהליך
נדרשה לפי הוראות חוק זה הסכמה של זכאי או של מבקש הכרה, שמיעת עמדתו או השתתפותו בתהליך, ויש לו נציג, אך הוא מסוגל להסכים, להביע את עמדתו או להשתתף בתהליך בעצמו, יראו את הדרישה כאמור כמחייבת גם את ההסכמה, שמיעת העמדה או ההשתתפות בתהליך של הזכאי או של מבקש ההכרה, עצמו.
