6. רמות תמיכה
(א)השר יקבע מדרג של רמות תמיכה שזכאים זקוקים להן, ואת היקף שירותי הרווחה לפי כל אחד מהתחומים המנויים בתוספת לפי המדרג.
(ב)בקביעת המדרג של רמות התמיכה יובאו בחשבון טווח היכולות של הזכאים והיקף הסיוע הנדרש להם.
(ג)בקביעת המדרג של רמות התמיכה יתייחס השר גם לריבוי מוגבלויות או שילוב של מוגבלות עם ליקוי או מחלה אחרים.
