8. גורם מאבחן
השר יקבע בתקנות איש מקצוע או צוות של אנשי מקצוע מהמפורטים להלן אשר יהיו מוסמכים לאבחן את קיומה של מוגבלות אצל אדם ולהעריך את רמת התמיכה שהוא זקוק לה, לפי סוג המוגבלות, וכן יקבע את תנאי כשירותם וניסיונם:
(1)רופא;
(2)פסיכולוג;
(3)עובד סוציאלי;
(4)איש חינוך;
(5)עוסק במקצועות הבריאות כהגדרתם בחוק הסדרת העיסוק במקצועות הבריאות, התשס״ח–2008.
