1. מועדי ישיבות ומקומן
נתמנתה ועדת חקירה, יקבע יושב ראש הועדה את המועד והמקום לישיבתה הראשונה; מועדי ישיבותיה האחרות ומקומן ייקבעו על ידי הועדה.
