12. המצאת מסמך בדרכים אחרות
נוכחה ועדת החקירה שאי־אפשר להמציא מסמך לפי תקנה 10, רשאית היא להורות על המצאתו באחת הדרכים האלה:
(1)בפרסום מודעה ברשומות או בעתון יומי;
(2)בכל דרך אחרת שתיראה לועדה.
