20. אישור מסירה
מי שנמסר לו מסמך שהמצאתו במסירה יידרש לאשר את המסירה בכתב על גבי עותק של המסמך, ואם סירב לקבלו או לאשר את קבלתו, יאשר מוסר המסמך בחתימתו את דבר מסירתו וסירוב האישור.
