9. דין מענק ומקדמה
זכות למענק סיוע ולמקדמה לפי חוק זה לעוסק שמחזור עסקאותיו אינו עולה על 300 אלף שקלים חדשים אינה ניתנת להעברה, לשעבוד ולעיקול, בכל דרך שהיא, אלא לשם תשלום מזונות המגיעים מעוסק הזכאי למענק או למקדמה לפי פסק דין של בית משפט או של בית דין מוסמך; הוראות סעיף זה יחולו גם על מענק או מקדמה ששולמו לחשבון הבנק של העוסק, במשך 90 ימים מיום ששולמו כאמור.
