2. ציוד לעזרה ראשונה
אדם לא יארגן פעילות ספורט או תת־פעילות ספורט מאורגנת אלא אם כן במקום שבו מתנהלת אותה פעילות ספורט או תת־פעילות ספורט מאורגנת מצוי תיק עזרה ראשונה ובו מצוי הציוד המפורט בתוספת הראשונה.
