2. החזר התשלומים
על סכום התשלומים להשתתפות בפנסיה תקציבית שיוחזר לזכאי להחזר תיווסף או תופחת, לפי העניין, תשואה רעיונית בעבור התקופה שבין המועד שבו נוכו התשלומים להשתתפות בפנסיה תקציבית לבין המועד שבו יוחזרו התשלומים בפועל.
