1. הגדרות
בצו זה –
”ילד“ ו”קייטנה“ – כהגדרתם בחוק הקייטנות (רישוי ופיקוח), התש״ן–1990;
”קייטנת המשך“ – קייטנה שמנהל ארגון או גוף מן המפורטים בתוספת, שהפעילות בה מתקיימת בהמשך לפעילות החינוכית של הארגון או הגוף במשך השנה;
”המשך פעילות“ – פעילות המיועדת לאותו קהל ילדים, אף שאין זהות מוחלטת בין המשתתפים בפעילות במשך השנה ובין המשתתפים בקייטנה.
