1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”מידע פלילי“ – מידע מהמרשם הפלילי ומהמרשם המשטרתי, כהגדרתם בחוק;
”מלווה מסייע“ – אדם המתייצב בתחנת משטרה יחד עם האדם שהמידע עליו במטרה לסייע בידו לממש את זכות העיון;
”אמצעי צילום“ – מיתקן אופטי לתיעוד חזותי לרבות טלפון נייד המכיל מצלמה;
”קרוב משפחה“ – בן או בת זוג, לרבות ידוע בציבור, הורה, ילד, אח או אחות, סב, סבתא, נכד, נכדה, לרבות קרבת משפחה כאמור שנוצרה עקב אימוץ.
