הבחינות יהיו בעברית, אך רשאית המועצה להרשות לנבחן פלוני או לסוג נבחנים לענות על השאלות בלועזית, ובלבד שישאו בהוצאות התרגום לעברית כפי שיקבע היושב ראש.
