12. נכים, נפגעים ומשפחות חיילים שנספו במערכה
תיקון: תשמ״ג
(א)נכה, נפגע ובן משפחה של חייל שנספה במערכה, פטורים מאגרה בעד רישום משכנתה ורישום שכירות.
(ב)פטור כאמור יינתן גם לבן הזוג של נכה, נפגע ובן משפחה של חייל שנספה במערכה.
(ג)נרשמה המשכנתה במשותף לחובת שני יחידים שאחד מהם זכאי לפטור לפי תקנה זו, והם נישאו תוך שנים עשר חדשים מיום הרישום, תוחזר האגרה ששילם בן זוגו של הזכאי לפטור.
