21. מי חייב בתשלום אגרה
אגרה לפי תקנות אלה ישלם –
(1)בעד רישום משכנתה – הממשכן;
(2)בעד רישום עסקה אחרת – מי שזכות לפיה נרשמת על שמו;
(3)בעד שירות אחר של הרשם – מבקש השירות.
