23. החזרת אגרה ששולמה בטעות
(א)הממונה רשאי להורות על החזרת אגרה או עודף אגרה ששולמו בגלל טעות שבחישוב או פעולה שלא בוצעה.
(ב)הממונה יורה על החזרת כל סכום ששולם ביתר בהסתמך על שומה ששונתה לאחר מכן בערר או בערעור.
