7. סילוק פסדים המכילים חומרים רדיואקטיביים
(א)מחזיק בפסדים של בעלי חיים, כמשמעותם בתקנות מחלות בעלי חיים (פסדים), התשמ״א–1981, המכילים חומרים רדיואקטיביים או תרכובותיהם באופן שהם עצמם מהווים פסולת רדיואקטיבית מוצקה (להלן – פסדים), יסלקם בדרך של הקפאתם והעברתם לאתר הארצי.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), רשאי מחזיק פסדים לסלקם בדרך של שריפה, בהתקיים התנאים המפורטים בתקנה 6(ב).
