3. סייגים
הוראות תקנה 2 לא יחולו על –
(1)רעל מן המפורטים בתוספת השניה בכמות כוללת העולה על 50 קילוגרמים;
(2)העוסק – למעט לשימוש ביתי – ב־40 רעלים מסוג ב׳ או יותר.
