תיקון: תשי״ז, תשפ״ב
ביום ה־15 בחודש שאחרי פרסום הפרטים ברשומות, או סמוך אחרי תאריך זה, יירשם המסמך. נדחתה טענה שהוגשה כאמור בתקנה 2ב, יירשם המסמך מיד אחרי ההחלטה על הדחיה.
