3. הכללת ריבית פיגורים והוצאות גביה בחשבון
החברה רשאית לכלול בחשבונות שהיא שולחת למקבלי שירות בזק את ריבית הפיגורים והוצאות הגביה לפי תקנות אלה שהצטברו על סכום חוב לפי חשבונות קודמים.
