3. תקופת כהונה
(א)תקופת כהונתו של חבר המועצה תהא ארבע שנים מיום מינויו.
(ב)חבר המועצה שתקופת כהונתו תמה אפשר למנותו מחדש לתקופת כהונה נוספת אחת בלבד ברציפות.
