7. הוצאות וגמול
תיקון: תשנ״ה
(א)חבר המועצה לא יקבל שכר בעד שירותיו, אך יהא זכאי לקבל החזר הוצאות שהוציא בקשר למילוי תפקידו כחבר המועצה בשיעורים שקבע השר בצו.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), רשאי השר להורות על הענקת גמול סביר לחבר המועצה, נציג הציבור, בשיעור שיקבע השר בצו בהסכמת שר האוצר.
