פרק ג׳ לתקנות המועצה יחול, בשינויים המחוייבים, על הועדה, למעט תקנות 8(א) ו־(ג), 9 עד 12, פסקה (7) של תקנה 14(ב) לענין דרישת חבר המועצה ו־16.
