8. מכרז לשידורי כבלים
(א)מכרזים לענין שידורי כבלים יהיו לאזורים כפי שיקבע השר בתקנות הבזק (זכיונות), התשמ״ז–1987.
(ב)הועדה רשאית לקבוע מועדים לפרסום המכרזים לאזורים השונים.
