1. מטרה
כללים אלה אשר יחולו זולת אם הורה רשם ההוצאה לפועל (להלן – רשם) אחרת, נועדו להסדיר דרכים ומועדים לנקיטת הליכים במסלול מזונות, לרבות סדר נקיטת הליכים אשר יינקטו ביוזמת עובדי מסלול המזונות בלשכת ההוצאה לפועל (להלן – העובד), וכן להסדיר סוגי החלטות שיובאו לידיעת הזוכה.
