16. דיווח שנתי
מדי שנה בשנה עד לפירעון מלוא החוב ימסור העובד לזוכה פרטי דיווח על הפעולות שננקטו לביצוע החוב במסלול המזונות ועל החלטות רשם שניתנו בתיק, למעט הודעות על מאסר או על עיכוב יציאה מן הארץ המדווחות עם קבלת ההחלטה; בהודעה יציין העובד כי הזוכה רשאי, בכל עת, להעביר את התיק למסלול הרגיל.
