5. קיום תיק נוסף
עם הגשת בקשה לביצוע במסלול מזונות, יבדוק העובד אם קיים נגד החייב תיק נוסף במסלול מזונות בשל אותו פסק דין; אם קיים תיק נוסף כאמור, יפעל מנהל לשכת ההוצאה לפועל (להלן – מנהל הלשכה) לפי סעיף 20יד(ד) לחוק ויעביר את הבקשה ללשכת ההוצאה לפועל שבה מתנהל תיק ההפרשים, כהגדרתו בסעיף האמור.
